Within the Lobby Bar’s inviting gallery atmosphere, our mixologist Roberto Di Paolo has collaborated with the pioneering cocktail creative Marcis Dzelzainis, to curate a second edition of the most exquisite selection of drinks.‍

Both the cocktails and the artworks are original yet modern, with the depth and breadth of the curation being somewhat surprising.

The Menu

The One Aldwych private collection of contemporary art features 400 compelling pieces from incredible British artists and international rising stars. Like the art, the drinks explore the connection between nature and artist, celebrating modern distilleries and producers using traditional methods to bottle exciting and authentic flavours.
