Breakfast in Indigo
Whether you need a quick bite before a business meeting or would like to indulge in a leisurely breakfast with friends, breakfast in Indigo is the perfect way to start your day.
Tantalising treats from the menu include organic smoked salmon with scrambled eggs and toasted brioche, delicious poached eggs on avocado toast and the much-loved classic, eggs benedict. Our tasty, freshly made bakery items are served with organic preserves and honey.
Lighter breakfast options are also available with healthy favourites such as fresh, seasonal fruit, organic Bircher muesli and porridge served with agave syrup, a berry compote and cocoa nibs.
Gluten-free guests are well looked after with our gluten-free menu. An assortment of gluten-free toast and muffins can be enjoyed along with a traditional full English breakfast or for the sweeter tooth, the buttermilk pancakes served with a warm blueberry compote will go down a treat.
