So, when we heard that their fragrance English Leaf had inspired a refreshing mocktail, our bar team couldn’t resist bringing it to life. Enter the English Leaf Fizz: a light, bright mocktail that distils the spirit of an English garden into a glass.
Fresh orange and lemon bring sunshine, while a dash of lime adds zest. Basil syrup lends herbal depth, balanced beautifully by a gentle fizz of soda water. The finishing touch? A fragrant basil leaf and twist of orange. Simple, striking and very much in keeping with the elegant, sensory world of Mitchell and Peach.

Make it at Home: The English Leaf Fizz
Ingredients
- 50ml fresh orange juice
- 25ml fresh lemon juice
- 15ml basil syrup
- Dash of lime juice
- 75ml soda water
- Garnish: Basil leaf + orange twist
Method
- Shake the orange juice, lemon juice, basil syrup and lime juice over ice.
- Top with soda water and stir gently.
- Garnish with a basil leaf and orange twist.
