The classic components of the time-honoured tradition are beautifully executed with crisp duck fat roasties, light and fluffy Yorkshire puddings and the very best roast meat. Chef Dominic Teague has carefully chosen suppliers from around the British Isles and sought out the finest breeds, sustainable farming and a focus on flavour.
