Crafted in Anabela Chan’s atelier following over three years of research, Fruit Gems™ are radiant creations drawn from the world’s most vivid botanicals. Using pigments gently extracted from beetroot, spinach, blueberries, dragon fruit, spirulina and more, each gemstone is a celebration of colour – alive with the essence of the earth, and completed with artisanal precision.
Summer Tea Salon With Anabela Chan
Alive with childlike wonder, our Anabela Chan Summer Tea Salon is a sweetly sparkling collaboration between the London-based jewellery designer and our Executive Chef Dominic Teague. As the first fine jewellery brand in the world to champion laboratory-grown gemstones with a focus on ethical and sustainable innovations, Anabela Chan’s latest collection, Fruit Gems™ is a sensation.
This imaginative new collection turns waste to wonder by taking over-ripened fruits and vegetables and extracting their natural pigments to create vibrant gemstones that are then transformed into beautiful pieces of jewellery.
In line with his own commitment to minimising food waste, Chef Dominic has drawn inspiration from this colourful collection to create a trio of delicacies, served with a refreshing choice of iced teas, all to be enjoyed in the heart of Covent Garden, where London’s first flower, fruit and vegetable market was founded.
The Lobby Bar will be home to The Salon this summer, as well as a selection of pieces to admire.
