Bringing you three deliciously refreshing cocktails from our summer-long series with Sipsmith – the pioneers of the craft gin movement and a fellow B Corp™ company, who distil every batch of gin by hand just six miles from One Aldwych.
The summer cocktail menu comprises a signature Rooftop Bees Knees with Sipsmith London Dry Gin, Drambuie, honey from One Aldwych’s very own beehives on the rooftop with bitters, lemon and orange; a fruity Scarlett Sip mixed with Sipsmith London Dry Gin, Martini Fiero Vermouth, Chapel Down Rosé, Peychaud’s bitters, strawberry and soda. And a refreshing alcohol-free Garden Bliss 0% featuring Sipsmith FreeGlider, elderflower, ginger beer, cucumber, lime and mint.
