Begin with seasonal plates such as Jerusalem artichoke soup with pickled trompette or chicken liver parfait with Sauternes. For the main course, festive tradition meets contemporary British cooking with roast Norfolk bronze turkey and all the trimmings. To finish, indulge in the One Aldwych Christmas pudding with brandy sauce, a classic Christmas sherry trifle or an elegant Mont Blanc pavlova for a final festive flourish.
