Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to change, relax and complete any necessary consultation forms. This ensures you enjoy the full duration of the treatment.
For the majority of treatments you are provided with a robe and asked to undress, leaving lower undergarments on. In addition to robes, towels and slippers are also provided. Showers are available along with complementary products.
Please enjoy our facilities for an hour before or after your treatment including the 18 metre chlorine-free swimming pool, sauna and steam room.

Should you wish to cancel a treatment, please contact the Health Club at least 24 hours prior. Missed or cancelled appointments made within 24 hours will be charged at the full price.
The Health Club at One Aldwych offers a wide range of products to buy for use at home. Please ask your therapist for a recommendation to continue your skincare regime between appointments.
