Discover more about the history of silhouettes Charles would love to accompany you on a stroll along the Strand. This ancient London street was home to many famous silhouettists in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries. Although nothing now remains of their studios, Charles will bring some of their work to show you and point out the locations where they were made. At the end of the walk you’ll stop for a cup of tea (Charles will have Earl Grey) and he’ll cut your own silhouettes from paper as a souvenir of the day
