We like to think we’re excellent hosts. Whether it’s a chic cocktail party, dinner to celebrate good news (or just a Friday), a smart business gathering or even your wedding day, we have a choice of spaces designed to be the ideal canvas for your ideas and imagination.

Our location at the corner of Covent Garden means we are ideally situated for the occasion. From additional floral arrangements to kick off canapés and your favourite drinks, trust us with the details, then relax as we work hard to deliver exactly what you asked for, with a little extra for luck.

Our Press & Type Room can accommodate up to 40 seated guests for lunch, afternoon tea or dinner. Head Chef Dominic Teague will create bespoke menus that suit the occasion, perfectly executed by his team.

Social Events

Planning cocktails at 8? We suggest The Library, our elegant corner of the hotel located on the ground floor. The ideal setting to host drinks and canapes, with room to mingle.

Celebrate your wedding in your favourite neighbourhood, we’d be delighted to play host to friends and family. We are fully licensed to host weddings and our dedicated team can introduce you to each of our private events spaces and beautiful suites, and find the right fit for you.


We have a selection of chic and flexible rooms that are ready for business. Our experienced events team will be on call during your day with us to arrange everything you need to set you up for success.

What’s more; from January through to April 2024 your guests will have a reduced daily delegate rate of £120 and if they choose to stay overnight, we will provide complimentary breakfast and an upgrade for the VIPs in the group.

Exclusively yours

Downstairs at One Aldwych is our award-winning, sophisticated space with its own entrance and private bar. This is a stylish and informal space perfect for any celebration.

In cool, calm pastel hues with contemporary curves and elegant art deco details, the suites at One Aldwych form the perfect backdrop for an intimate dinner or cocktail party.
