Choices of food (set-menus and/or buffet choices) and beverages and final event details must be confirmed in writing no later than ten days before the agreed Event Start Date
Final numbers must be confirmed three working days (72 hours) prior to the Event Start Date
Only food or drink provided by One Aldwych is permitted on the premises
If prior to the Event the Client has not established a credit account with One Aldwych, then full pre-payment including estimated consumption of food and drink must be received no later than three working days (72 hours) prior to the Event Start Date
In addition, a credit card will be required to settle additional costs that are incurred
All food and drink ordered and/or consumed is subject to a 12.5% discretionary service charge
Food and beverage is commissionable to agents at 10% net of the final bill
One Aldwych is licensed for “Sale by Retail” of Alcohol as follows: Monday to Saturday – 10am until 11pm (00.00 with table meals) & Sunday – 12pm (noon) until 10.30pm (11.30pm with table meals)
No signage is permitted in any public areas without prior approval in writing from One Aldwych.
Smoking is not permitted in any area or bedroom at One Aldwych
The maximum capacity of the Screening Room is 30 guests only
