Indigo & Food Month

To celebrate The Evening Standard's London Loves Food festival, Indigo restaurant will be participating with Great British Dishes, offering the culinary symbol of our country -the famous fish and chips dish

Throughout the month of June, experience London Loves Food month by treating yourself to this very traditional British dish, created by Executive Chef Dominic Teague.  Offering a slight twist on the classic, this beer-battered fish and hand-cut chips, served with crushed peas and tartare sauce satisfies the heartiest of appetites and also happens to be entirely gluten and dairy-free.

Using alternative substitutes, such as gluten-free beer adding flavour to the crisp batter, this dish has been carefully curated to ensure that all of our favourite tastes are maintained without anybody telling the difference - meaning that those who suffer from food allergies, intolerances or even coeliac disease can still enjoy this delicious dish.
