Meet the Star Chefs
Dominic joined us at One Aldwych as Executive Chef in 2012 and is the man behind the hotel’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory inspired afternoon tea and Indigo restaurant’s entirely dairy and gluten-free menu. Dominic has followed a career in London at The Lanesborough Hotel and the Michelin-starred L'Escargot, as well as the Sandy Lane Hotel in Barbados.
Chris has been Head Chef at Driftwood in Cornwall for the past eight years. During his time there he has achieved 3 AA Rosettes and his first Michelin star in 2012.
Phil opened his restaurant Thompson St Albans in 2013 and achieved 3 AA Rosettes this year. For twelve years, he was Executive Chef at the renowned one Michelin-starred Auberge du Lac, Brockett Hall in Herefordshire.
Adam is fresh from receiving one Michelin star from the 2018 Michelin Guide UK & Ireland and 3 AA Rosettes in his role as Executive Chef at Coworth Park, Dorchester Collection's luxury country house hotel and spa.
