Chef Dominic has created a delightful selection of savouries and sweets, many of which have a dash of the unexpected. On the innovative menu; traditional smoked salmon & cucumber is under the guise of a light mousse, whilst roast beef with watercress and horseradish is a very moreish mouthful. Classic scones are found next to chocolate & salted caramel ones which taste great with lashings of gooey ganache and the lemon & black sesame cake is topped with honeycomb crunch made with honey from the hotel’s rooftop bees.
