Dominic Teague’s new Afternoon Tea in Indigo
puts a modern twist on this time-honoured British tradition. Chef Dominic has created a delightful selection of savouries and sweets, many of which have a touch of the unexpected. Served with a selection of exceptional loose-leaf teas, will you be tempted to add a tea-infused cocktail? On the innovative menu; traditional smoked salmon & cucumber is under the guise of a light mousse, whilst a mini beef pie is a very moreish mouthful. Classic scones are found next to chocolate & salted caramel ones which taste great with lashings of gooey ganache and the lemon & black sesame cake is topped with honeycomb crunch made with honey from the rooftop bees.
In the bright, beautiful Indigo restaurant, you are invited to take tea with views over the Lobby Bar’s incredible flowers below and out to vibrant Covent Garden. A supremely comfortable spot to enjoy an afternoon of with dear friends and family.
