Executive Chef Dominic Teague’s festive menu offers classic Christmas dishes, as well as 28-day dry-aged sirloin of Scottish beef served with all the trimmings, and other indulgent alternatives, such as Brixham sea bass, salt baked Jerusalem artichoke, cepes and red wine jus.
