HR & Recruitment Officer

We are currently looking for an experienced HR & Recruitment Officer to join our team.

We are currently looking for an experienced HR & Recruitment Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Strong hospitality recruitment experience, ideally within the hotel industry
  • A HR generalist with a CIPD qualification (desirable)
  • Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
  • An ability to work to deadlines
  • A confident and positive attitude
  • The ability to communicate and build relationships with colleagues of all levels
  • Excellent administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail

To be successful you will

  • Administration including preparation of contracts & documents
  • Source candidates through various resourcing channels – internal and external
  • Draft and post adverts on recruitment websites
  • Interview and screen candidates
  • Give feedback on candidates and provide support to Heads of Departments with regard to all aspects of the recruitment process
  • Produce statistical reports
  • Onboarding & Co-ordination of new starters within the hotel including paperwork and  induction training programs
  • Exit interviews for all leavers
