What we require from you
- Have previous experience as a Head Waiter in a 5 star hotel or Rosette restaurant
- An ability to demonstrate leadership skills
- Be a strong team player
- Have a good command of the English language
- Excellent grooming and presentation
- Have the right to work in the United Kingdom
Responsibilities
- Welcoming and engaging with guests
- Taking ownership and managing your section
- Ensuring regular guests are known and greeted accordingly by name
- Having a complete knowledge of the menu and wine list
- Ensuring the highest standards of customer care are provided at all times
- Communicating with colleagues at all levels
