What we require from you

    • Have previous experience as a Head Waiter in a 5 star hotel or Rosette restaurant
    • An ability to demonstrate leadership skills
    • Be a strong team player
    • Have a good command of the English language
    • Excellent grooming and presentation
    • Have the right to work in the United Kingdom

Responsibilities

    • Welcoming and engaging with guests
    • Taking ownership and managing your section
    • Ensuring regular guests are known and greeted accordingly by name
    • Having a complete knowledge of the menu and wine list
    • Ensuring the highest standards of customer care are provided at all times
    • Communicating with colleagues at all levels
