The successfully recruited Health Club Receptionist will have a passion for service excellence and will enjoy working in professional surroundings.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a spa environment ideally in a luxury setting
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Have a good command of the English language
- Excellent grooming and presentation
- Be a strong team player
- Have the right to work in the United Kingdom
Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting guests
- Offering genuine care to each client
- Scheduling appointments
- Maintaining the locker rooms and ensuring the pool area is stocked and clean
- Having a comprehensive understanding of the treatments offered
