We are currently looking for a number of casual waiter/waitresses and chefs to join our team.

Overseen by Head Chef Dominic Teague, our kitchens and menus exemplify his penchant for British ingredients crafted into delicious dishes with a touch of imagination. Dominic goes to extraordinary lengths to source an incredible medley of foods from across the British Isles, working with a network of trusted independent producers who support his commitment to seasonal and sustainable cooking that is ever-changing and always exciting. Plates have both substance and style, imbued with the skill and passion of a team that celebrates flavour and provenance in every dish. 
 
We have a fantastic opportunity for F&B professionals to join our team, helping throughout all our outlets on a casual basis, including Meetings & Private Dining, Indigo, Room Service and the Lobby Bar. 

We are recruiting the following roles

  • Head Waiter/Waitress
  • Waiter/Waitress
  • Chef de Partie
  • Commis Chef

To be successful you will

  • Have previous experience within a similar food and beverage role
  • Be a good team player
  • Have an excellent command of the spoken English
  • Be well groomed and presented
  • Have the right to work in the United Kingdom
