Birmingham Royal Ballet - Spring Passions
13 to 14 March 2012
Birmingham Royal Ballet presents Daphne and Chloë and The Two Pigeons. Set in ancient Greece, Daphne and Chloë tells the story of the couples struggle against jealous rivals and marauding pirates to be together. This ballet is followed by The Two Pigeons which focuses on a young Parisians experience of frustration, excitement, love and loss.

Pet Shop Boys & Javier De Frutos - The Most Incredible Thing

Family Weekend - Underneath the Floorboards and Echoa

This exciting two-day festival features fun performances for all the family to enjoy and an array of exciting games and activities before and after the performances. Underneath the Floorboards is a captivating production which takes children on a journey through a bottomless box, underneath the floorboards and into a strange magical world. Meanwhile, Echoa features a charismatic cast of dancers, drummers and physical comedians who seize the stage and blur the lines between music.

London Children's Ballet - A Little Princess

Scottish Ballet - A Streetcar Named Desire

See the Scottish Ballet performing one of Tennessee Williams' most famous plays. Set in the stifling heat of New Orleans, fading Southern belle Blanche DuBois moves in with her sister Stella and her brutish husband Stanley in an attempt to flee her troubled past. But unconvinced by her pretensions and delusions of grandeur, Stanley sets out to destroy her.
