FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Arrival
Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes prior to the appointment to allow time to change, relax and complete any necessary consultation forms. This ensures guests enjoy the full duration of the treatment.

What To Bring
Towels, robes and slippers are provided. Showers are available along with complimentary products.

What To Wear
For the majority of treatments guests are provided with a robe and asked to undress, leaving lower underwear garments on.

Using Facilities
The Health Club at One Aldwych has a gym, an 18 metre chlorine-free swimming pool with underwater music, a sauna and steam room. If the treatment lasts for an hour or more guests are welcome to use them for half an hour before or after the appointment.

Please ask Reception for more details on annual gym, pool and personal training memberships.

Cancellation Policy
Should guests wish to cancel an appointment, please contact the Health Club at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Any non-arrivals or cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged at the full amount.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available for individual spa treatments, combination treatments or in denominations of £25, £50 and £100.

Natura Bissé Products
One Aldwych is the London hotel with the largest range of Natura Bissé products to buy for use at home. Please ask a therapist for a recommendation of products to continue the Natura Bissé skincare regime between appointments.
