Welcome to our state-of-the-art gym nestled within One Aldwych

Training

For high-energy days, we welcome both guests and Health Club members into our discreet yet spacious gym, fitted with the latest technical equipment, free weights and stretching space.

If you have any personal physical goals in mind, speak to one of our personal training coaches who can arrange individual sessions, courses or dedicated result-focused programmes to help you achieve real results in a space that suits you.

Gym Opening Hours

 

Monday to Friday – 6.30am to 9pm
Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays – 8am to 8pm

Hotel guests have 24-hour access to the gym.
