Wine Dinners
Our next wine evening will take place on Thursday 17 May 2012 and the theme will be New World vs. Old World Wines, demonstrating the distinctive differences between the two.
We will be showcasing wines from Alliance Wine, offering a glass from both the New World and the Old World with each course to compare the different flavours.
Our menu has been specially designed to complement and enhance the wines:
Salad of goat's curd and wild rocket, caramelised oranges, smoked tomatoes, crispy chicken wings
Mushroom coated salmon, textures of asparagus, crayfish tortellini
Roast wood pigeon, aubergine purée, spiced couscous, braised red onion, cinnamon and date jus
Tarte tatin of nectarine, almond milk ice-cream
