Executive Chef Dominic Teague’s festive menu offers classic Christmas dishes, as well as a Loin of Highland venison, braised shoulder, rapeseed mash, bacon and parsley, and other indulgent alternatives, such as a Fillet of halibut with roast fennel purée, shellfish vinaigrette and wood sorrel.
