Warm salad of roasted butternut squash, goat's curd and charred onion
Pressed terrine of chicken and ham hock, piccalilli, mustard brioche
Roast Cotswold turkey, chipolata, sage and thyme stuffing
Dry aged sirloin of Scottish beef, Yorkshire pudding, red wine shallot jus
Steamed filet of wild halibut, English caviar and sea vegetables
