EXECUTIVE CHEF DOMINIC TEAGUE
In creating his menu for Axis, new Executive Chef Dominic Teague brings a culinary expertise that bridges respect for British tradition with gentle invention. His commitment to careful sourcing has already seen him and his team out foraging in Somerset - expect some surprise ingredients on the new menu!
Dominic knows the London food scene well having begun his career as an apprentice at the Lanesborough Hotel. From 2000 he worked at Marco Pierre White's L'Escargot where he was Executive Chef, but most recently was leading the kitchen at the Sandy Lane Hotel in Barbados. He's now back in the capital and ready to cook up a storm.
