ROOM SERVICE WAITER/ESS - MATERNITY COVER

We have a fantastic opportunity for a customer service focused individual to join our team as a Waiter/ess on a maternity cover contract.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills and will be a crucial part of the food and beverages team. A hard working and cheerful attitude is important, as well as a desire to learn. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
Your duties will include:
- Ensuring all LQA standards are met
- Have complete knowledge of the menu and wine list
- Ensure highest standards of customer care at all time, providing a friendly, courteous and professional service
To be successfully you will have:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant or Room Service Waiter/ess
- Knowledge of wines and food
- The ability to work calm and well under pressure
- A good approach to teamwork and ability to manage busy periods
- Excellent customer service skills
- Superb attention to detail
- Excellent grooming
- The right to work in the United Kingdom
