The Health Club treats every member or guest as an individual with individual goals and requirements

 

Personal trainers work with members to identify three goals: 

  • Scientific (for example, to reduce percentage of body fat)
  • Personal (for example, to drop a clothing size)
  • Achievement (for example, to complete a 10K run)

A varied routine is devised to suit an individual’s specific abilities through a combination of training disciplines – These include strength training through manual resistance or weights, flexibility work and cardiovascular exercises in the form of boxing, Pilates, swimming and outdoor activities – Every six weeks, a fitness assessment takes place to review goal progress

 

Guests can book personal training sessions by the hour at a cost of £65 – Alternatively the Health Club has a number of Personal Training Membership Packages
