provides the essential building blocks needed to help the body heal itself – The food you eat affects every cell and system in your body – It provides the vital nutrients required to maintain your body's health and balance – Each individual has a different requirement according to their lifestyle and genetic make-up

 

Nutrition Advice

 

The Health Club offers nutritional advice to complement every member’s training programme – In addditon, a Nutritionist is available for in-depth one-to-one consultations every Monday and Wednesday – £70 per hour

 

Assessment of your diet, lifestyle and symptoms will highlight the imbalances which need to be addressed – Nutrition looks at levels of toxicity in the body, stress, digestion and absorption of the food we eat – Using a holistic approach to treat the whole body we can discover the root causes of imbalance

 

Food To Go

 

To complement your training, The Health Club offers a unique 'food to go' menu – Before a work-out or swim, simply place your food order with a member of the team and it will be ready for you when it's time to leave – Meals are tailored to individual goals, for example:


– For muscle building, a lean beef fillet sandwich 
– For a post cardio work out, a smoked chicken, new potato and rocket salad
– For detoxing, a grape, almond and melon salad
– For weight loss, fish sushi

 

There is also a range of breakfast options including chunky fresh fruits and homemade organic muesli – Drinks include delicious smoothies and revolutionary water drinks containing vitamins, minerals and natural herb extracts
