If ever there was a time to raise a glass to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, it’s during 2022 as we mark her Platinum Jubilee. And the Lobby Bar is celebrating with a roll call of regal cocktails inspired by some of the world’s most renowned queens.

For ‘Her Majesty’, our mixologists have taken the sovereign’s favourite tipple – a combo of Dubonnet and gin – and added a shot of Campari and a splash of the vintage mixer, orange shrub. Jewel-rich and juicy, it’s a noble treat.

Our Hearts & Tarts is a recipe chosen from a wonderland of wow ingredients, perfect for Alice’s Queen of Hearts – think strawberry tequila, bergamot, Crème de Cassis, Green Tabasco and Coca-Cola. Curiouser and curiouser.

Queen B, created in honour of our rooftop hives is absolute nectar, while The Golden Cleopatra is a fabulous and fragrant homage to Queen of the Nile. And last but certainly not least is Shantay, You Stay, a glamorous technicolour tribute to the original drama queen, Ru Paul, violet in tone, va-va-voom in taste. Come join us.
